Our Padel Pathway
Interested in taking up padel?
Our Padel Pathway is a completely free program (funded by the tournaments we run) designed to get you on court—and give you the confidence to keep coming back.
No experience needed. No equipment to buy. No judgment. Just a supportive community ready to help you find better mental health through the game.
People who play padel report:
Reduced anxiety and stress – The game draws your focus, which can help quieten racing thoughts
Better sleep – Physical activity that actually feels fun
Real connection – A community that gets you, where you belong
Confidence that sticks – You'll surprise yourself with what you can do
A reason to show up – Structure and purpose in your week

Padel is for every fitness level. It's less physically demanding than tennis, very social, and you control your own pace. You'll get fitter as you play—that's a bonus
-
None whatsoever. It’s a social program. But if you go on to compete, we’d love to have you at one of our future tournaments
-
Yes. We work with mental health professionals who understand padel and can provide subsidized sessions. We also have peer support and a confidential check-in process
